This exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by cold-pressing Tuscan olives that grow on his farm in Pienza (Siena) called 'il Casato'. These olives trees are over 100 years old and the olives are pressed using mechanical equipment and then bottled unfiltered to bring you the essence and flavor of the original fruit. No additives, no blends, nothing but pure gold.Please note that for the 2019-20 harvest we were only able to secure 400 bottles and there is a limit of 2 per customer.
