The Dolomites, Lake Braies, a territory that farmers have molded with their own hands: at Alpe Pragas we recognize the value of nature and we are grateful for what it gives us. In the surrounding fields grow plants treated with care and love, and which reward us with top quality berries. The fresh mountain air ensures slow ripening, and protects the plants from diseases, for at this altitude there are not many parasites.

So only the best fruits end up in the jar. Nothing escapes the watchful eye of ALPE PRAGAS employees. Using the best quality fruit is a prerogative to obtain an excellent end product.

 

FRUIT SELECTION & WASHING

With us handmade is not just a word. During the growing stages, the fields are cared for with the utmost attention. When the fruits reach the right size, they are delicately harvested by hand. From harvesting to the glass jar, each and every stage undergoes a strictly controlled production process. This is guaranteed by a staff of experienced and skilled individuals, for whom quality has absolute priority on everything else.
