The traditional Panna Cotta recipe. Serve it with the included caramel garnish or top it with fresh fruit or any other topping of your choice.
Mix for classic panna cotta with caramel
Pour 2 cups of half and half into a pot and bring to a boil over low heat. Add the content of the pouch a little at a time, stirring and eliminating any lumps. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes over a moderate heat stirring continuously. Distribute the caramel inside a single mold or into 6 single portion molds and pour the mix inside. The Panna Cotta is ready to be unmolded after ½ hr. at room temperature and 4 hours of refrigeration.
